Concord Children’s Center seeks a new Executive Director to build on the organization exemplary tradition
of providing high quality early education and support to families and lead it through into the next phase of
organizational development.

Founded in 1975, Concord Children’s Center (CCC) is an accredited, nonprofit school committed to the
development and early education of young children from the age of 10 weeks through preschool. Working
together with families, CCC helps nurture engaged, lifelong learners by creating an environment that
celebrates a child’s inquisitive nature, encourages exploration and play, fosters confidence in each child’s
individual gifts, and guides children in building strong, respectful relationships.

CCC annually serves more than 160 children and has a staff of more than 50. CCC recently successfully
concluded a long-range goal first set by the CCC board in 2018 to restructure CCC to more effectively and
efficiently meet its mission and serve families, staff, and the broader community. This campaign restructured
CCC from a three-site to two-site model. Formerly operating out of three different locations, CCC now
