Curiosity and Learning Conference, sponsored by the Documentation Studio @ the Earl Center for Learning and Innovation

October 26, 2019 @ 9:00 am - 2:30 pm

Join our  “unconference” where you guide your own day engaging at over 20 stations led by BU Wheelock faculty and community members from fields of science, math, engineering, arts, literature, movement, and more. These are open-ended stations using readily available and recycled materials with facilitators who will spark your curiosity and engage you to ask questions and wonder how to bring these ideas to your students.

This conference is appropriate for educators of learners aged preschool to middle school. The conference begins with a 30-minute introduction and keynote address on the importance of play, curiosity, and learning and then educators are free to move and visit the stations. We will gather the last 30 minutes of the conference to share ideas and take-aways.
